1. Handmade & Curated Products

  • All Frankie & Co candles are hand-poured in small batches in our home studio in Darlington, WA. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent strength may occur. These variations are normal and part of what makes each candle unique.

  • Our nail products (semi-cured gel wraps, UV lamps, cuticle oil, and accessories) are sourced, tested, and carefully packaged to ensure safety and quality.

2. Product Safety

  • Candles: Please follow all candle care and safety guidelines provided here on our website and packaging. Frankie & Co is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse of our products.

  • Nail Products: Please follow the application, curing, and removal instructions provided here on our website. Frankie & Co is not responsible for any injury, damage, or allergic reaction caused by misuse of nail products, UV lamps, or cuticle oil. Always discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

  • We reserve the right to update product pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice.

  • Payments are securely processed through our integrated payment platform.

4. Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Australia only.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 2–8 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking: Provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delays: Frankie & Co is not responsible for postal or courier delays once your order is in transit.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided at purchase.

5. Custom & Bulk Orders

  • We offer personalised large-batch candle orders for weddings, events, businesses and special occasions.

  • Nail products are not available for customisation, but we welcome your feedback for future re-stocks.

  • All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

6. Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Frankie & Co products.

  • Because our candles are handmade and nail products are carefully packaged, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Returns will only be considered for:
    • Items that arrive damaged or faulty
    • Incorrect items sent

To request a return, please email us at hello@frankieandco.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal scent or colour preferences

  • Used, opened, or partially applied nail products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage

All approved returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at the buyer’s expense unless faulty.
